Sea salt - a gift from the sea that people have been using for more than 8,000 years

Around 8,000 years ago, people on the coasts of China and the Mediterranean began to collect and process sea salt, using the sun and wind to naturally evaporate seawater. This ancient technique has remained almost unchanged to this day. Sea salt is not just a spice - it is the oldest trace of man's connection with the sea and natural mineral sources.
