Applications of industrial salt
In the leather industry, salt is used to preserve rawhide, preventing bacterial growth and decomposition. In textile production, industrial salt helps to fix colors on fabrics, making them more permanent and resistant to washing. This same salt is also used in water softening systems, extending the life of machinery and pipelines.
Evaporated, non-iodized industrial salt plays a particularly important role in salt water and electrolysis pools, as it enables efficient and stable chlorine generation without additional chemicals.
Non-iodized rock salt is used in various industrial processes and water treatment systems, where larger crystals and stable physicochemical properties are desired.
